Compensation varies by campaign scope and performance. Most operators earn $500–2,000 per campaign. Top performers can earn more through performance bonuses.

Most campaigns require 5–10 hours per week. You set your own schedule around classes and can choose campaigns that fit your availability.

Yes, depending on capacity. We match you with campaigns that fit your schedule and campus. Many operators run 2–3 campaigns simultaneously.

Tasks vary by campaign: social media posts, hosting events, recruiting users, creating content, distributing flyers, running demos, and more. You'll know all requirements upfront.

Payments are processed via Stripe Connect to your bank account. You'll get paid after completing tasks and meeting campaign milestones.

Most campaigns require on-campus presence since you're representing startups at your specific university. Some digital tasks can be done remotely.

We look for students with demonstrated campus influence and reliability. CS club leaders, hackathon organizers, and student founders have the highest acceptance rates.
